ReEwesing, formerly The Glass House, has been in business for over 16 years. For the past 12 years, we have been making and selling felted woolen wears. We recycle old wool sweaters which we felt.  This is a process accomplished by washing or boiling with hot water and soap. The agitation causes the material to shrink. The fibers adhere to one another, producing a dense wool felt which is warm and naturally somewhat water proof. We then use pieces from different sweaters to create all our original designs. We purchase our sweaters from second hand thrift stores. With this, we are giving back to our community.

We offer many items, all of which are our own designs. Cashmere lined hats, mittens, neck warmers, headbands, Christmas stockings, purses and blankets, all of these products are made from recycled goods. We use every part of the sweater possible, even buttons and zippers. All items are handmade in the USA. All Fabrics are carefully chosen for coordination and originality so no two are exactly alike.
